Accomodations
Built in the 1970’s, air-conditioned since October 2025 the main building has 3 floors and a mezzanine as well as a balcony and 2 terraces. Heated from winter 2022, the house is very comfortable and habitable all year round.
There is a pergola, a terrace and a swimming pool in the garden. There is a multisport facility, as well as a tennis and a beach volleyball court on the property.

1 bedroom for 3 persons, with 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm bunked with a single bed 90 x 200,
Bathroom with 3 Italian style showers, washbasins and WCs.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom, air-conditioned since October 2025 bathroom and WV
1 bedroom for 4 persons, with 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 105 x 200 cm.Bathroom with shower and WC, fireplace and terrace.
3rd floor: mezzanine air-conditioned since October 2025
1 bedroom for 4 persons, with 2 double bunk beds 140 x 190 and a terrace.
Pergola and swimming pool:
Shaded dining area for up to 28 persons. Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, fireplace, bathroom with 3 Italian style showers and washbasins. Laundry room with washing machine, WC, washbasin and clothesline. Technical room.
Barbecues corner and fireplace:
Gas barbecue in the pergola. Open barbecue next to the checkerboard area.
Kitchens:
Fully equipped and furnished kitchens in the main building: dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer, ceramic hob, gas stove with grill, electric oven, microwave, 3 Nespresso and 2 DolceGusto coffee machines (capsules not provided), ice cube machine and many other domestic electrical appliances. Tables, chairs and dishes for up to 28 guests. Equipped kitchen in the pergola building, with: fridges, gas stove, microwave oven. Tables, chairs and dishes for 28 persons.
Bed linen:
In the rental contract are included: 2 complete bed linen sets for each bed (fitted sheets, top sheets, pillowcases, as well as 1 pillow and a blanket per person).28 shower towels and 28 beach towels are available on request.
Storage space:
Large cupboards with clothes hangers on each floor, individual storage space.Clothesline in each bedroom and in each bathroom.
Others:
Telephone, fax, secured wifi internet throughout the main building and the pergola.
